The amount of bedrooms and baths can give only a small amount of information for determining the cost of the home inspection. There are other rooms and spaces that must be included in caculating what it will cost. If there is a finished or unfinished basement, attic or bonus room, verify if it is included in the total square feet advertise. If you dont' have this information, ask your agent or seller to verify and provide the total size of the home. It is very important. These prices are the costs for Professional, Certified Home Inspections and HQS Reporting for homes on slabs. Homes with unfinished and finished basements and crawlspaces are slightly higher.
