Letters of Thanks
Mr. Pressley,
I would like to thank you for the opportunity to go on a field trip with you. The experience was extremely informative. As a result of the field trip, I am knowledgeable in how to determine defects that could be either unsafe, cause costly repairs or both. As an eight year Claims Adjuster in the insurance industry, in which I have experience in inspecting residential properties I still had a little anxiety about embarking on the new venture. The field trip with you relieved me of those anxieties.

Good morning Mr. Pressley,
Thank you for your willingness to always help! I love learning from your home inspection instruction zoom calls through InterNACHI. A lot of people have the knowledge, but they do not take the time to teach the younger generation. You have the knowledge and are always looking for ways to help.

Mr Pressley, is a wonderful trainer. Mr. Pressley takes his time in teaching skills on the do and don't of becoming an inspector. I have learned that the clients understanding the process is very important to you as an inspector. Once you gain the trust and respect of your clients, they will send you leads and other potential clients that can grow your business as well.
We first started on the exterior of the home. We viewed the driveway, and the outside of the house which needed work. Then we proceeded to the interior of the home. I recommend anyone first starting to take a field trip and learn the process before going on your own as an inspector.
Thank you
Angelia Cunningham
During the home inspector field trip, I had the opportunity to observe Paris firsthand and the process of evaluating a property. Paris carefully inspected both the interior and exterior, from the foundation and roof to the HVAC and electrical systems. Paris was able to spot common (and not-so-common) issues, such as hidden leaks, structural weaknesses, and faulty wiring. Paris took the time to explain the significance of each step and how specific findings can impact a buyer’s decision or the necessary repairs.
I also gained valuable insights into the importance of clear communication with clients, as Paris discussed how to convey information in a way that is both informative and reassuring. Paris provided real-world experiences, tips for managing client relationships, and best practices for staying organized and efficient in the field. It was an incredibly educational experience, and I walked away with a deeper understanding of what goes into a thorough home inspection and its critical role in ensuring a safe and secure living space. I’d highly recommend scheduling a field trip with Paris!
